Intake and exhaust face drilling: Machining the corresponding mounting holes on the intake and exhaust faces of the cylinder head;
End face drilling: Drilling operations on both end faces of the cylinder head;
Valve seat insert and valve guide pre-hole machining: Precision machining the pilot holes for the valve seat inserts and valve guides;
Press-fitting valve seat inserts and valve guides: Press-fitting the inserts and guides into the prepared holes for assembly;
Guide hole and oil passage machining: Machining the valve guide holes and oil passages;
Camshaft bore boring: Precision machining the bearing bores for the camshaft;
Aluminum chip cleaning and blow-off: Blowing out internal aluminum chips and cleaning the workpiece;
Airtightness testing and endoscopic inspection: Testing valve sealing integrity and using an endoscope to check for internal aluminum chips, burrs, or defects;
Final inspection, packaging, and warehousing: Packaging the finished product after passing full inspection and placing it into storage.
